How and when can I book you for my wedding?

When?

On average, a year in advance. I open bookings for the following year in September-October of the current year. If my reservation isn’t open yet, you can fill in the form and I’ll put you on the waiting list. You’ll be notified a little in advance of the opening by e-mail.

How?

The easiest way (and the surest way for me to find your request) is to fill in the questionnaire you’ll find in my contact section.

If I’m available on the date of your wedding, we’ll get in touch by phone to get to know each other and discuss your expectations and inspirations. Following this, I’ll draw up an estimate for you. If you like it, you’ll have 15 days to return it to me, sign it and make the first transfer (deposit of 30% of the total amount).

QUOTATION SIGNED + CONTRACT SIGNED + DEPOSIT PAID = DATE BLOCKED

If I’m not available, I’ll send you a little message to let you know and direct you to some of my colleagues.

In your formulas, what's included and what isn't?

What you will find in my formulas:

– a 2-hour trial (1 to 2 hairstyles)

– D-day hairstyling (1h30)

– products, crepons (boudin for volume) if needed, pins

– D-Day planning

– a style study

– unlimited exchanges

– veils and ornaments

– depending on the package chosen, an escort for your guests

What’s not included in my packages:

– mileage costs (trial trip + D-day)

– extensions (if necessary)

– ornaments

I'm getting married in Corsica. Do you accept this type of travel? If so, what are your costs?

Yes, I travel all over France and abroad.

However, you’ll need to book the “me and my gang!” package, and travel and accommodation costs will be your responsibility.

How and where is the trial carried out?

How do you do it?

A special moment lasting around 2 hours. (A dose of good humor and a Play List to boot!) Let’s create the hairstyle that suits you.

After several discussions to refine your search, based on your dress, your likes and dislikes, we decided on 2 hairstyles.

Little extras: Bring as many items as you can (B.O, Veil, jewelry, hair accessories if you have them) and wear a white top (choose one with a neckline that most closely resembles your outfit on the day!).

Where?

In the Bordeaux region, at your home, in an Airbnb, with family. In short, I’m coming to you!

How long do you recommend the trial period before the wedding?

Deadline is one month before D-day. Preferably when the season is low (no trials in the high season JUNE/JULY/AUGUST/SEPTEMBER).

In my case, testing takes place at the beginning of the week (weekends and weekends are reserved for events). This could be an opportunity to set aside half a day for wedding or personal appointments.

Can I schedule the hairstyle trial at the same time as the make-up?

You can, but you’ll need to have us available at the same time (you, the make-up artist and me). You’ll need to allow extra time too. The best thing to do: stagger the arrival of your 2 service providers by a good hour or so, so that each of them can have some face-to-face time with you, get to know you in real life and understand your expectations 😉

If I can't do the trial, how do you proceed?

Don’t worry, we’ll have more discussions beforehand, and on the big day I’ll allow more time.

The trial is a very important part of the different formulas I offer and I strongly recommend it +++++++++ .

I dream of a hairstyle but I think my hair is too thin and not long enough!

Is there an ideal length?

You don’t have to let your hair grow and wear a haircut that doesn’t suit you to achieve a chignon.

A length below the shoulders is more than sufficient.

Of course, if your dream is to have a cascade of curls and you have bobbed hair, you’ll need to add extensions. Just as you’re dreaming of extravagant volume and have little material, you’ll want to consider adding volume and/or extensions.

During your trial, I’ll already be able to point you in the direction of what’s possible with your hair type/length, taking into account your desires and your hair type.

I don't know what suits me and I'm lost. Do you advise your brides?

Ahah, I love being able to guide you according to your tastes and subject matter. It’s precisely this exchange that’s so important, so that we can target the hairstyle that best suits you, your dress, your shape and your face. A word of advice: make yourself a folder with the hairstyles you really don’t like and the ones you do.

Do you recommend anything in particular before the big day?

The months before your wedding:

– depending on the sensitivity of your hair, care may be required. I strongly advise you to do them well in advance (as soon as possible).

– The sun, salt/chlorinated water and wind alter your color and dehydrate your hair. Protect your hair with specific hair sunscreens when you go swimming or to the beach. Just like sun protection for the skin, it will create a protective film against UV rays, your color will lighten more beautifully (if you’ve chosen extensions beforehand, there’s less risk of a color difference) and you’ll keep your hair silky (not so much that dull, hay-like look for the big day) if you couple it with the right shampoos and treatments.

A few weeks before your wedding:

-If you’re into balayage, do it 2 to 3 weeks before the big day with a patina (top color guaranteed!!!).

For color (camouflage of nasty white hair) count 1 week before D-day that there are 1 to 2 shampoos between the day of your coloring and D-day.

-If you have natural hair and want to keep it that way, you can apply a varnish. This color has the power to give you maximum shine without transforming your color and without regrowth. I advise you to do it 1 week before the big day.

-In the week leading up to the wedding, apply a light treatment if necessary to your lengths and ends, but don’t use any treatments that are too rich!

How long before the wedding should I wash my hair?

The coarser the hair, the better:
– wash them the night before or the morning of, use a light treatment (no deep treatments), avoid all leave-in creams, oils and serums, and dry them in the direction of the hair (don’t sleep with wet hair).
